I am a Personal Chef serving Southern California.
I have loved cooking for others for as long as I remember. After high school, I joined the military as a hospital cook and have stayed near a kitchen ever since.
In 2012, I spend the year learning about restaurant life at a cafe in town.
I worked at Sunrise Kitchens Catering “in the valley” for many years, until early spring 2020.
I became interested in becoming a personal chef when a friend of mine referred me to a cancer patient. I went weekly and I discovered how much I really enjoyed helping others through food.
Since then, I have offered my service to young families, busy single people, and seniors.
Although I am self-taught, I have taken a few culinary courses and learned a few tricks, and begun getting my Associates in Culinary Arts at a community college. The world of food is always changing and there is always a lot to learn.
Today I enjoy providing a variety of services, including in-home meal prep for clients, dinner service, and special occasion meals.
